SENS GET TOGETHER FOR VOLUNTEERS & FRIENDS

Dear Friends, We hope that as you read this newsletter you are in good health. The 3rd quarter of 2023 was for us from "A New Start" another quarter in which we were able to successfully carry out dynamic outreaches and we are pleased to inform you about this. Before doing so, we would like to take a moment to express our thanks to our Father in Heaven for His guidance and blessings. Second, our appreciation to our hardworking volunteers, donors, clients and friends. We could not have done it without you. Your contribution and support in any form has played an important role in our success - Thank you.

It was out of the same gratitude that the ministry invited its volunteers and friends to a "get together" activity. Here not only food and drinks were served but a flashback and foresight of the foundation's activities were presented. You can read about the different projects in which these volunteers are involved and you can also become a volunteer.

FROM HEALTH LECTURE TO CATERING AND COOKING CLASSES
|
|
|
|
|
|
At the invitation of a group (a church plant at Boka Sami) led by Paul and Pastor Germain. We gave a health lecture with a 100% vegetable burger from our catering at the end. This was much appreciated.
|
|
|
|
|
Because it was the same group that for their graduation asked our catering to provide a meal, drinks and dessert. The group immediately pinned a date to have 100% plant-based cooking classes. The cooking classes were a great success and a follow-up is planned.
|
|
|
|
|

Young people behind bars are all loved by God and deserve our attention. There is always hope. Together we strive to restore these broken lives and situations. Every Monday, our dynamic team runs a program at Youth Penitentiary in Curacao, where we help young people who have committed crimes make a fresh start. We ended the 2022/2023 school year with a sports activity with the young people in JJIC itself and started the new 2023/2024 school year with indoor play.

PAINTING BOARD OFFICE ADVENT SCHOOL MAHUMA

The new school year has begun, and again this year our volunteers have had a hand in getting Advent School Mahuma off to a fresh start,

We paint the director's office. We wish Ms. Adriana all the best with her new position as director and Ms. Koster and Ms. Charity with their new challenge.

FAREWELL DEDICATED VOLUNTEER
|
|
|
|
|
With pain in our hearts, we had to say goodbye to our dear Aunt Charity, a dedicated ENS volunteer. She is going to serve in another mission field. We wish her God's guidance and know she will continue the good work wherever God leads her.
|
|
|

ENS PLANT-BASED MEALS @ VEGETARIAN FESTIVAL
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
We also participated in this great vegetarian festival. It was a successful event. Our team was again able to serve dozens of satisfied customers and make contacts for the future.

EEN NIEUWE START KIDSCLUB.

Een Nieuwe Start kids club is a club that hosts Christian and educational activities once a quarter. Parents can now join for an annual membership. We are also starting a Teen Club in quarter 4.
